Give me 3 month

i lose my healthy track about 3 week, due to the stupid symptoms of PMS , lose control of eating healthy , upset stomach, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea .... etc. (why women ??)

Alright, im still leaning how to get my body function in consistence healthy lifestyle.
another cycle to reset my body before the next PMS.
